Truck Wheel Hub Bearing

Truck hub units, which contain two tapered roller bearings, are pre-adjusted, greased and sealed at the factory in order to simplify installation. The wheel bearing units are intended for use in truck, trailer and buses. They are designed to withstand typical harsh operating conditions and require less maintenance than the conventional wheel bearing sets they replace. Some variants have an integrated impulse ring which makes some variants suitable for use with anti-lock braking systems. The units can also save time and cost during brake maintenance.

Wheel Hub Bearing

Wheel bearings are an essential part of your vehicle's steering and suspension system. Wheel bearings are responsible for keeping the wheels attached to the vehicle. They allow each wheel to spin freely and at the desired speed. Wheel bearings take a steady amount of abuse. They support the entire weight of your vehicle while traveling over rough roads, potholes and other rugged terrain. Wheel bearings are one of the longest lasting steering and suspension parts, but it really depends on driving habits, driving conditions and other factors.

DAC Series1

Wheel hub bearing is mainly for bearing and accurately guiding the rotation of the hub. It bears both the axial load and the radial load, and is a very important component. Wheel bearings are sets of steel balls or tapers held together by a metal ring. They enable the wheels to rotate smoothly with minimal friction.

NNU Series

NNU 49 series double row cylindrical roller bearings have three integral flanges on the outer ring and no flanges on the inner ring. It available with either a cylindrical or a 1:12 tapered bore (designation suffix K). In machine tool applications, cylindrical roller bearings with a tapered bore are preferred over bearings with a cylindrical bore, because the taper enables more accurate adjustment of clearance or preload during mounting. Bearings in the NNU 49 series, with a very low cross-sectional height, provide a higher degree of stiffness than bearings in the NN 30 series, but a somewhat lower load carrying capacity.

CPM Series

Full complement cylindrical roller bearings without an outer ring have solid inner rings and rib-guided cylindrical rollers. The inner rings are produced with two rigid ribs.Since these bearings have the largest possible number of rolling elements, they have extremely high radial load carrying capacity, high rigidity and are suitable for particularly compact designs. They are are mainly used in the need to withstand large radial loads and low speed of the occasion, in the lower rotary can withstand shock loads and moment loads.
